Logo & Brand Engraving

Laser-engrave your brand name, logo, monogram or tagline onto handles and blade spines at 0.01 mm precision. Permanent, dishwasher-safe and food-safe. Supply artwork in vector format (AI, EPS or SVG). Stamp and chemical etching also available for deeper relief effects.

Surface Finish & Colour

Four standard finishes — mirror, satin, brushed and PVD colour (black, gold, rose gold, gunmetal, rainbow) — and custom finishes available for large orders. PVD coating is applied over 18/10 base for scratch resistance and long-term colour stability in commercial dishwasher environments.

Steel Grade & Weight

Select 18/10, 18/0 or 13/0 stainless steel. Choose your gauge — standard, medium or extra-heavy — to match your price point and end-use (retail, catering, fine dining or hospitality contract). We advise on the optimal specification for your target market.

What is the MOQ for custom OEM flatware wholesale from China?

Standard MOQ is 1,000 sets for new OEM designs requiring custom tooling. For orders based on our existing catalogue patterns with logo engraving only, MOQ starts at 500 sets. Serving pieces and individual items have a MOQ of 200 pieces. For large-scale hotel or restaurant contracts, mixed-category orders can be combined to reach MOQ.

How long does it take to receive custom flatware samples?

For orders using our existing handle patterns with custom engraving only, samples are ready in 7 to 10 working days. For completely new patterns requiring new tooling, physical samples are despatched within 10 to 15 working days from design approval. We ship samples internationally via DHL or FedEx with tracking.

Can I protect my flatware design from being copied?

Yes. We offer a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) covering your design, artwork and product specifications. For clients who want exclusive tooling ownership, we can negotiate tooling purchase arrangements — meaning your specific die is dedicated to your orders only and not used for any other client.

What artwork format do I need to supply for logo engraving?

Please supply your logo in vector format — Adobe Illustrator (.AI), Encapsulated PostScript (.EPS) or Scalable Vector Graphics (.SVG). If you only have a high-resolution raster file (JPG or PNG at 300 dpi minimum), our design team can redraw it in vector format for a small preparation fee.

Do you supply flatware wholesale to Amazon sellers?

Yes — we have a dedicated Amazon FBA preparation service. Units are individually polybaged to Amazon's hazmat and hygiene standards, FNSKU barcodes are applied, and master cartons are labelled per FBA inbound shipment requirements. We coordinate with your Amazon Seller Central account to ensure smooth check-in at Amazon fulfilment centres in the UK, EU and USA.

What certifications come with custom flatware wholesale orders?

All custom flatware orders include full compliance documentation: FDA 21 CFR (USA), LFGB § 30/31 (EU/Germany), REACH (EU chemicals), material test report, migration test certificate and certificate of origin (Form A for EU, EUR.1 for UK). ISO 9001 quality certification covers the production process. BSCI social compliance audit reports are available on request.

Can I order a mix of product types in a single custom order?

Yes. Many clients order a complete flatware suite — dinner forks, dinner knives, dinner spoons, dessert pieces, tea spoons and serving pieces — in a single OEM order with one unified handle design and matching engraving. This is the most cost-effective approach as tooling costs are shared across the full range. We manage all SKUs under a single project number with one dedicated account manager.

What payment terms do you offer for custom flatware wholesale?

Standard payment terms are 30% T/T deposit upon order confirmation (sample cost credited), and 70% T/T balance upon completion of pre-shipment inspection before goods are loaded. For established long-term clients, we offer net-30 open account terms after three successful transactions. L/C at sight is accepted for orders over USD 50,000.
